If you saw a neighbor to jump rope in the laundry room at 5 am this morning, what do you think?
I can not afford a gym or equipment fitness now. They also live on an old lady who is very conscious of noise, if the exercise is cardio strip out of the question. Therefore, I intend to skip the rump of my cardio every morning and train with weights at home. Winter is coming, if you can not jump and I will only be visible anyway. I therefore intend to jump to the clothesline in the building early in the morning before most people are waking up. The floor is concrete and is very large, spacious and well lit. I'm sure someone can walk on me at least once before the end of the year, but it is unlikely that, at dawn (about 5 hours). What would you do if your neighbor has learned from the adult Jumping rope in the sink before the birds woke up? LOL There are also windows and a waiting area in the laundry room, so it is not isolated and dark, like the basement laundry. I am also overweight, then I'm sure it will be a sight to behold. 
I know that my neighbor is worried about his health, and trying to take care of themselves. You should check with management but a first apartment. Your opinion counts really.
