Facilities Fitness / accessories for Christmas?
Hi, recently my father has tried to lose 2-3 inches around the waist for health reasons. It has always been an active guy, but now it is almost 65 years has been reduced to walk all day. The only thing is that while you walk (45 minutes – 1 hour each day), does little to lose inches around your waist. He made some abdominal exercises, but that led to back pain. I wondered what could have him for Christmas to help out a little if possible? Any suggestion would be great, thank you in advance.
If it lands on its feet. Weight training is good in everything, and because muscles use more energy to maintenance keeps the weight long term.
